The Day I Will Meet You


I know a few female friends and I met some girls who I find attractive. I used to be in a relationship but it didn't went that well since I realized a lot of flaws in me that makes me not qualified to be in a relationship. I became friends with my ex and that is better this way. But I am still in the game of waiting for "The One."

I read a couple of books that talks about this topic: Love. Christian authors really have the same idea they want to convey. It is focusing on God first. Indeed, I do perfectly agree with this. That is the reason why the Bible talks about putting God first, delighting ourselves in the Lord, seeking Him first. But of course God also wants me to be happy! I deeply believe that. I focus on God now and just prayed that He would just put my love life to sleep and wake me up when I meet her.

But lately I get excited just thinking about her. How God will mold and protect her. I even write notes when I miss her. I wonder what she is doing. I wonder what problems she have. Is there someone in her life right now? I have a lot in my mind regarding her. But the one thing that I pray about is her personal love relationship with Jesus. I hope that she is learning more about the bible and having the passion of sharing the gospel. I pray that she is burning for God. I remember what Joel Rosenberg said that this girl will be so on fire for God that God needs to instruct her to see and notice my presence.

I dont know when we will me or how and when. I cannot control that but I have something that I can control. It is me and my growth. With God's help I wish to burn for Christ. To have a laser focus eyesight for Jesus. I pray that I will not be distracted and tempted by this world. I Love You (my soon to be)! I cant wait to glorify God together.

It Is Not Always About Academics

In a recent exchange of text messages with my friend, I was brought to another part in my life when I was in my elementary level. I entered a christian school as a grade 2 student and didn't care much about academics. I guess that is natural for kids at that age. I remember the times that I started learning how to type properly and play games using stairs called "A B C." But one thing that I will never forget is the end of 2 nd grade. It is a tradition that awards will be given to academic achievers and be recognized at the end of a school year. Benefits Of Singlehood

I am recently realizing the advantages of being single. I have been single for some months now and last night I thought to make a list or the advantages that it brings. So that I would not focus of the bad side of being single. Believe me in my stage today the advantages outnumber the dis. Advantages: 1. More time with Family 2. Can make sudden decisions 3.
