Think Great Thoughts

I'm reading a book by Chip Ingram entitled Good to Great in God's Eyes. It starts with thinking great thoughts. I read this part last week but I want to go back to remind me the importance of thinking. It says in Colossians 3:2, "Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on the earth." If I could have a field trip in my mind will I see thoughts of this world? It can be so hard not to think of the wonders that this world have to offer but the main focus is what cannot be seen. Start with the Bible. Side note here, have you seen the movie Book of Eli? I hope after watching that you will now value the Book. Soak your mind with the only absolute truth in this world, God's words and promises. Take time to notice beauty. The incredible power that made everything. Don't be so affected with the bad things happening in the world (politics, economy, calamities, etc). Dwelling on these thoughts will make you irritated, never contented, afraid. Medi
